Brimar's standard accident prevention tags are 3 1/4 x 5 5/8 and made of a durable 15mil rigid plastic. Tags are supplied with a 3/8" brass grommetted hole and a 6" nylon tie. Tags are sold 5 per package. Danger tags are available with 2 different backs. Caution and Warning tags have the same copy front and back. For permanent marking of the tags, use any permanent marker. To reuse tags simply use a pencil, grease pencil or non-permanent marker when writing on tags.
