CUSTOM HEAVY DUTY
The tag illustrated above was designed for the (Lock Out) program of a large utility. The tag illustrates several custom features:

• Sequential numbering in 2 locations
• Two part tag. The lower 3 x 3" area of this tag tears off for a variety of uses.
• The write on area of the hanging section of the tag has a self laminating flap. The flap serves to protect the hand written area from the weather as well as harsh chemicals.
• The tag illustrated above measures 3 x 8" overall
• Brass grommetted 3/8" dia. hole
• Write on matte surface.
• Outdoor durability 2 - 4 years.
• Service Temp. -30^oF to 150^oF

CUSTOM EXTRA HEAVY DUTY
10 mil Polyester with a 2 mil polyester self laminating flap offers the maximum durability of any tag. The polyester/polyester tag combination is superior in strength, outdoor durability, chemical resistance and temperature resistance. Hence - the EXTRA HEAVY DUTY rating. The use of this tag should be limited to extreme conditions. Such as, high temperatures or extreme outdoor conditions.
